The entire renovation process of the World Food Prize Hall of Laureates was completed under historic preservation standards.

Tuesdays: 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12-noon & 1:30 p.m. 
Saturdays: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

A stained glass globe  in the Ruan Laureates room illustrates 12 areas where food production and agriculture originated.

The Hall of Laureates has been awarded LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest possible rating for leadership in energy efficiency and environmental design.
